The Ballard neighborhood is gearing up to celebrate its rich maritime history with the Centennial Maritime Festival, a weekend-long event commemorating 100 years of shipbuilding, fishing, and seafaring traditions that have shaped the community. From July 19-21, locals and visitors alike can immerse themselves in the sights, sounds, and flavors of Ballard's nautical heritage. The festival, organized by the Ballard Historical Society in partnership with local businesses and community groups, aims
